An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regional Nurse to join a growing specialist care provider delivering high-quality complex community care across the South West.
The role will provide clinical oversight across Somerset, Gloucestershire, and Worcestershire, supporting a caseload of complex care packages and working closely with care teams, families, and wider multidisciplinary professionals.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Paediatric Nurse with experience supporting adults who is looking to take on a regional role combining clinical leadership, care management, and community-based support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical oversight across complex care packages throughout the region
Complete clinical assessments, care plans, risk assessments, audits, and package reviews
Provide clinical advice and support to care teams, clients, and their families
Monitor care quality and ensure packages are delivered safely and effectively
Support the recruitment, development, and competency of complex care teams
Deliver and support clinical training and competency assessments
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams across hospital and community settings
Attend case management, commissioner, and MDT meetings where required
Investigate and manage clinical incidents appropriately
Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure regulatory standards are met
Support continuous improvement across complex care services
Requirements
Active NMC Registration
Qualified Paediatric Nurse
Previous experience delivering complex care within the community
Experience supporting both children and adults
Strong clinical knowledge and assessment skills
Experience with complex clinical needs is essential
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work autonomously and manage a regional caseload
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
