Residential Children’s Practitioner Level 1 - Waking Nights (Children with Disabilities) | 11060 | Permanent Contract | Part-Time 25.66 hours per week | £26,824 to £28,142 per annum, pro rata | Grade E | King Lynn

Marshfield’s is a Short Break Residential home based in West Lynn providing short breaks for young people with disabilities and/or complex health needs aged 5 to 18 yrs. We are looking to recruit a Residential Children’s Practitioner (RCP) Level 1 to work waking nights.  You will work amongst a team of staff who are committed to providing a child centred, fun and positive environment for the children.

We are looking for individuals who have experience and knowledge of working with children with a diverse range of individual needs including young people who are neurodiverse.  Many of the young people who access Marshfield’s for short term breaks have complex health needs that include gastrostomy feeds, epilepsy, and administering medication.  You will be required to provide personal care to the young people we support ensuring dignity, privacy and respect.
