About the Team:
You'll be joining a dedicated and supportive Education Safeguarding Team led by an experienced Senior Safeguarding Manager. Working alongside skilled Safeguarding Officers, the team provides expert advice, training, and challenge to schools and settings across Lambeth. It's a collaborative, high-performing team with a strong shared commitment to improving safeguarding practice and achieving the best outcomes for children and young people.

About the Role:
Safeguarding Advisor (Education and Early Years) – PO4
Are you passionate about safeguarding children and young people and committed to improving outcomes across education and Early Years settings?
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Safeguarding Advisor to support, challenge and improve safeguarding practice across schools, academies, colleges, alternative provision, independent schools, nurseries, childminders and other Early Years providers.
In this influential role, you will provide expert safeguarding advice and guidance, undertake quality assurance and safeguarding audits, deliver training, and work collaboratively with partners to strengthen safeguarding arrangements for children and young people.

A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and achieving positive outcomes for children and young people.
