Contract: Permanent, Full -Time Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Earnings: Competitive Salary + 3% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus


About Us


We are looking for an agile, proactive, and customer -focused Sales Administrator to join our fast -paced Sales Operations team in Westerham.


This isn't just a standard processing role—you will be a vital pillar of our business, serving as the primary bridge among our external sales team, internal supply chain, and international B2B clients. If you have strong administrative skills, a collaborative mindset, and a knack for spotting opportunities to support clients, we want to hear from you.


What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):


  • Order & Return Management: Process high -volume B2B purchase orders accurately via email, EDI, and customer portals. Take ownership of the returns process (RMA) from start to finish.
  • B2B Customer Support: Handle telephone and email enquiries, resolve client issues, and track courier deliveries to ensure on -time dispatch.
  • Sales & Marketing Support: Assist the external sales team with new product setups, special pricing, and promotional configurations. Coordinate the dispatch of marketing collateral and display materials.
  • International Account Care: Manage relationships and logistics for assigned international accounts and customer databases.
  • Cross -Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Supply Chain and Dispatch teams to check stock levels, hit customer satisfaction targets, and dynamically assist other internal teams during peak periods.


What We’re Looking For (Requirements):


  • Experience: Sales Administration experience in a B2B sales support, B2B customer service, or telemarketing environment.
  • Tech -Savvy: Strong computer literacy, including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience navigating customer databases/CRM portals.
  • Communication Skills: A flawless, professional, and friendly telephone manner with excellent written skills.
  • Work Ethic: A resilient self -starter who thrives under pressure, works well against deadlines, and enjoys being part of a collaborative, multi -functional team.
  • Problem Solver: Proven ability to handle complaints, resolve conflicts, and overcome objections constructively.
