With a strong reputation in the industry and a growing client base - including major names such as FedEx, Amazon, and UPS - the company is continuing to expand and invest in its future. The Role An exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Sales Engineer to join a forward-thinking and growing business. This role focuses on developing and managing service and maintenance contracts, working closely with both new and existing customers. Key Responsibilities Handling inbound maintenance and service enquiries Quoting and selling maintenance/service agreements Coordinating engineers for planned and reactive work Sourcing and pricing parts from suppliers Developing and driving new maintenance contract opportunities Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business What We’re Looking For Experience in selling service or maintenance agreements (highly advantageous) Background in conveyors or material handling (preferred but not essential) Strong communication and organisational skills Commercial awareness and ability to identify opportunities Proactive and self-motivated approach Package £32,000 – £38,000 (mid-level) £38,000 - 42,000 (experienced candidates) Uncapped commission Monday to Friday (8:00am – 4:30pm) 22 days holiday + bank holidays Progression This role offers clear progression opportunities for the right candidate, including: Sales Manager Equipment / Capital Sales Why Apply?
