Requirements

• Lead the end -to -end payroll and HR solution architecture for migration from SAP ECC/SAP HCM Payroll to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and SuccessFactors platforms.
  
• Conduct detailed assessments of existing SAP environments including:
  
• SAP ECC HCM modules
  
• Payroll schemas and PCRs
  
• Wage types and payroll configuration
  
• Organisational structures
  
• Interfaces and integrations
  
• Custom payroll logic and BADIs
  
• Security roles and authorisations

• HR and payroll transformation objectives
  
• Provide strategic guidance on migration from on -premise SAP environments to SAP SuccessFactors including:

• Extensive experience delivering SAP HCM, SAP ECC Payroll, and SAP SuccessFactors transformation and migration programmes within complex enterprise environments.
  
• Proven expertise migrating from legacy SAP ECC/SAP HCM platforms to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
