Working Hours: Average 42 hours per week (contracted)

Shift Pattern: 12 -hour shifts (Days & Nights – mixed rota)

Pay: £13.45
per hour

Location: Worcester (candidates must be based locally or within a reasonable commuting distance)

Overview

Anchor Group Services is currently
inviting expressions of interest for future Security Officer opportunities at a
well -established site in Worcester.

While there are no immediate vacancies,
we are progressing through a process with a potential mobilisation in the
coming months. As part of this, we are keen to engage with the local talent
pool and connect with suitably qualified security professionals in advance.

This is an excellent opportunity to register

Duties will include:

• Protecting
  the client’s property, people and assets by locking/unlocking customer premises
  and controlling access to the site
  
• Preventing
  and escalating incidents in a timely, accurate and appropriate manner to the
  Control Room/Manager/Emergency Services as appropriate for serious incidents.
  
• Completing
  reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance
  activities
  
• Maintaining
  organisation's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements
  
• Acting as a
  first line support to customers and visitors to site, providing a professional
  and friendly service.
  
• Ensuring all
  site -specific procedures are followed and the company’s image is maintained to
  an exceptional standard
  
• Understanding
  the needs of our customer, respond accordingly to customer queries and requests
  and take appropriate action
  
• Maintaining
  professional conduct at all times
