We are seeking an enthusiastic, nurturing and highly skilled EYFS Teacher to join our specialist SEN provision within a vibrant and inclusive mainstream primary school in West London from September 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a well-established specialist unit supporting a small group of 8 pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN). The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a highly personalised, communication-focused curriculum that enables every child to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.

We are looking for someone who:

* Holds QTS or EYTS

* Is a passionate and reflective classroom practitioner

* Has experience in Early Years

* Has experience or a strong interest in working with pupils with ASD and SLCN

* Understands the importance of early communication, language and social development

* Can create a calm, engaging and structured learning environment

* Works effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

* Has high expectations for all pupils and a commitment to inclusive education
