An exciting opportunity with a growing engineering company that is currently seeking a Senior AC & Refrigeration Engineer. This mobile position covers Central London, Greater London, and within the M25. The role entails visiting approximately two sites per day, with a standard 40\-hour work week, though flexibility for early starts or late finishes may be required.
Job Duties
The Senior AC & Refrigeration Engineer responsibilities will include the following;
The AC engineer will provide maintenance, inspection and testing, servicing of air conditioning and heating ventilation systems.
Conduct planned and preventative maintenance on systems, including air handling units, chillers, split units, and fan coil units
Performing fault finding and repairs as part of reactive maintenance.
Liaising with building management teams to ensure smooth operations.
Handle small work installation and refurbishment projects.
Log reports and maintain accurate records.
Assist with general building maintenance tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in servicing, installation, planned preventative and reactive maintenance.
Strong knowledge of working with chillers and refrigeration systems
Essential \- F\-Gas 2079 safe handling of refrigerants certificate.
Trade qualified in the field or equivalent qualification preferred
Good understanding of building maintenance such as (basic electrical, mechanical & plumbing)
Knowledge of IT and strong reporting skills.
Excellent communication abilities
