Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior
Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of our Tier 1 accounts. These
are strategically important clients, the majority of whom rely on SysGroup’s
cyber security services as a core part of their IT estate.

This role is focused
on building strong, trusted relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring
our customers receive maximum value from our services—particularly across cyber
security solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

·       Own and manage a portfolio of Tier 1 client
accounts

·       Develop deep, strategic relationships with key
stakeholders and decision -makers

·       Act as the primary point of contact for all
commercial and service -related matters

·       Identify opportunities to expand services, with
a strong focus on cyber security offerings

·       Work closely with technical, cyber security,
and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs

·       Lead account planning, including growth
strategies and revenue targets

·       Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction,
retention, and contract renewal

·       Support and lead commercial negotiations,
proposals, and contract discussions

·       Stay
informed on industry trends, particularly within cyber security, to provide
informed guidance to clients


Qualifications

·       Proven experience in a Senior Account Manager
(or similar) role within an MSP, IT services, or technology environment

·       Understanding of cyber security services and
products (e.g. managed detection & response, SIEM, vulnerability
management, endpoint security, compliance frameworks)

·       Demonstrable experience managing large,
complex, or strategic accounts

·       Commercially driven with a track record of
revenue growth and account expansion

·       Excellent stakeholder management and
communication skills

·       Strong
organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Desirable

  • Experience or knowledge of cyber security
    consulting services

  • Familiarity with regulatory or compliance
    frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, NIST)

  • Experience working with enterprise or
    mid -market customers
