You'll lead on a diverse portfolio of projects across both the public and private sectors, supporting clients with expert building surveying services. About the role As a Senior Building Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality building consultancy services and managing key client relationships across the Midlands. You’ll work across a variety of projects, with core responsibilities likely to include: Key Project Types: Technical due diligence for commercial and residential properties Preparing specifications, drawings, and risk assessments for refurbishments and maintenance Conducting building surveys, schedules of condition, dilapidation assessments, and defect analysis Leading QA processes and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practice Presenting findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders Here at Bruton Knowle we are proud of our: Flexible Working - Enjoy hybrid working and a healthy work-life balance with a trusted, people-first business.
