Senior Depositary Analyst

Your Role:

• 
  Ensure adherence to all Depositary policies and procedures.
  


• 
  Monitor activity within client cash accounts and compliance with investment and borrowing restrictions.
  


• 
  Perform comprehensive independent reviews of Net Asset Valuations.
  


• 
  Provide assistance during on-site inspections.
  


• 
  Work in a controls focused environment, ensuring the depositary fulfills all of its oversight obligations.
  


• 
  Assist with providing data for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as they are developed and assist in the preparation and review of relevant departmental reporting.
  


• 
  Liaise with other departments to ensure error/breaches are recorded and resolved in a timely manner, as well as ensure prompt escalation to management of any issues.
  


• 
  Deal with all queries received in a professional manner.
  


• 
  Opportunity to Identify and propose procedural enhancements, as well as assist in the implementation of process improvement initiatives.
  


• 
  Provide ad-hoc project support.
  

About You:

• 
  At least 1 -3 years of fund admin or depositary/ custody/ trustee experience within the funds industry.
  


• 
  Knowledge of Private Equity / Hedge Funds and related prime broker arrangements.
  


• 
  Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal effectiveness.
  


• 
  Able to work effectively as part of a team and on your own initiative.
  


• 
  You have a Degree or equivalent
