The business delivers a wide range of general contracting schemes up to £20m and is known for its stable workforce, supportive culture and strong pipeline of repeat work. They operate from modern, well-presented offices and offer clear structure and progression for long-term career development. Work spans multiple sectors, including Education, Healthcare, Community, Industrial, Leisure & Retail and Commercial Buildings. Working hours: 8.30am – 5pm with 1 hour for lunch. A key part of the role will include mentoring and supporting an Assistant Estimator , helping them develop their technical skills, commercial awareness and confidence within the team.
