They are currently seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their project team on a major Data Centre project in the North East. This role is suitable for someone who is eager to step into a Senior role, or an established Senior QS looking to further progress in their career! This project will run onsite in the North East for at least 5 years and the role will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of projects, ensuring costs are controlled, value is maximised, and financial delivery is achieved in line with project objectives. All travel & accommodation (if travelling) will be covered!
