Senior Project Manager Construction Consultancy

A reputable Birmingham-based consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their established team. This Senior Project Manager will lead projects across residential, commercial, and public sector developments, taking responsibility for delivery and client management. The Senior Project Manager will be a key figure within the team, contributing to both project success and team development.

You must have prior construction consultancy experience as a Project Manager to be considered for this role.

The Senior Project Manager's role

The Senior Project Manager will manage projects from inception through to completion, overseeing procurement, programme, and risk management. The Senior Project Manager will lead client meetings, coordinate internal and external teams, and ensure projects are delivered to a high standard. As a Senior Project Manager, you will also support junior staff and contribute to the wider growth of the business.

The successful Senior Project Manager will have strong consultancy experience and a relevant degree. MRICS, MAPM, or similar accreditation is highly desirable. The Senior Project Manager will demonstrate leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
