They operate across the Home Counties, Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, Oxfordshire and North London, delivering projects through two divisions: Small Works & Frameworks (up to £1m) and Main Contracts (up to £15m). They are now seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a permanent basis. Working closely with project management teams, the role oversees day-to-day quantity surveying and commercial management on projects up to £15m. Responsibilities include managing commercial functions, subcontract procurement, change control (upstream and downstream) and producing monthly CVR reports.
