This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a major public sector (education) development (£100m+). The Package: - Basic salary of £65,000 - £75,000 (DOE) - Company Car Scheme (EV / Hybrid / Petrol or Diesel) o - Option of Car Allowance (£5,000) - 26 days annual leave (option to buy / sell up to 3 days) - Private medical insurance (option to buy family cover) - Pension scheme matched up to 6% - Flexible and Agile working (inc WFH) - Dental Insurance and Life Assurance - Company Bonus Scheme (Annual) Key Benefits: - Excellent opportunities for career progression within a growing team - One of the UK's 'Top Employers' with regional offices and projects - Full pipeline of projects secured through various frameworks - Supportive team environment with low staff turnover Responsibilities: - Work with the team to ensure projects are delivered to budget - Procurement and managing sub-contract packages - Dealing with variations and valuations - Work closely with the supply chain Requirements: - Experience working with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor - Experience dealing with / managing final accounts - Experience managing sub-contractor variations - Industry related qualification To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor ranging from £10mm - £20m.
