Facilitates team discussions and plans and contributes innovative suggestions within area of discipline. Key Duties & Responsibilities; Designs and develops complex, integrated solutions to meet business requirements or enhance performance of Garmin’s windows server computing systems Windows Azure Local Hypervisor deployment and troubleshooting experience Performs and evaluates costs analyses and vendor comparisons form small through large scale projects to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations Measures feasibility of various approaches and makes recommendations Provides 24x7 on-call support (as part of shared rota) Continuously develop technical subject matter expertise on established and emerging server, storage, email, file, and collaboration systems and other server based technologies.
