Â£30,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE Â£32,000-Â£33,000)

Full Time | Permanent

Working Hours

Tuesday to Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm

Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Sundays and Mondays off

Candidates must be able to work every Saturday

Our client, a well-established and highly respected dealership, is seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join their busy aftersales team in Leeds.

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused automotive professional looking to join a reputable dealership where exceptional customer service and teamwork are at the heart of the business.

The Role

As a Senior Service Advisor, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the service department, ensuring a seamless experience from booking through to vehicle collection.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing customer service and repair bookings
Providing customers with regular updates on the progress of their vehicle
Preparing estimates, invoices and service documentation
Liaising with workshop technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently
Identifying and promoting additional service and aftersales opportunities
Resolving customer queries and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Supporting the department in achieving performance targets

Requirements

About You

To be considered for this position, you will have:

A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Service Advisor within a car or motorcycle dealership
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
A professional and positive attitude
Experience working within a fast-paced dealership environment
A proven ability to build strong customer relationships
