This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and organised Senior Site Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading teams collaboratively, and is passionate about delivering quality homes to the highest standards. The Role: As Senior Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful day-to-day management of a busy residential development, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard. Key Responsibilities: Driving health & safety excellence across all site operations. Ensuring full compliance with NHBC standards, building regulations, and quality benchmarks. Leading site inspections and proactively reducing defects (RI’s/BRI’s). Managing build programmes to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. Overseeing site teams and subcontractors to maintain productivity and morale. Collaborating closely with Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. Controlling build costs and approving subcontractor payments. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience managing new build housing developments. A driven, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail. Excellent leadership and communication skills. A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and build quality. The ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
