Working at the heart of a highly skilled team, you'll help drive delivery, performance, and operational excellence, ensuring complex shipbuilding activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
As a Shipbuild Completions Manager, you'll be responsible for managing operational compartment completions in line with project acceptance strategies, helping to deliver critical defence capability for the nation. You'll play a key role in driving schedule adherence, improving performance, and building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
