Site Manager / Site Lead Required – Germany

£32 per hour + Overtime Rates

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager / Site Lead to support a major industrial project in Germany.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in groundworks, civil construction, and mechanical installation who is confident managing site activities, subcontractors, and delivery on a large-scale project.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage day-to-day site operations

✅ Coordinate subcontractors and site teams

✅ Oversee groundworks, civil works, and mechanical activities

✅ Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to quality standards

✅ Conduct toolbox talks, site briefings, and progress updates

✅ Review RAMS, permits, and safety documentation

✅ Liaise with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders

Requirements:

Valid SMSTS qualification (essential)

Proven experience as a Site Manager / Construction Manager / Site Lead

Strong groundworks and civil engineering experience

Experience managing mechanical, M&E, or industrial installation works

Experience working on large commercial, industrial, data centre, or logistics projects

Strong health & safety awareness and subcontractor management skills

Willingness to work away in Germany
