An established contractor is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee social housing and domestic property upgrade works across the area.

The business has secured several large frameworks, offering long-term, stable work across a range of energy efficiency and property improvement projects.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of works including:

External Wall Insulation (EWI)

*

Solar PV installations

*

EV charging installations

*

General property upgrades

You’ll oversee trades, labour and subcontractors, making sure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standard.

Key Responsibilities

*

Manage site teams, contractors and daily works

*

Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained

*

Manage RAMS, drawings, inspections and sign-offs

*

Monitor progress and quality of works

*

Liaise with contractors, residents and the office team

*

Resolve site issues and keep works moving to programme

*

Maintain accurate site records and documentation

You’ll have support from the Contracts Manager, Directors, Resident Liaison Officers and Admin team, giving you a strong structure around the site delivery function.

About You

*

Previous experience as a Site Manager within construction, refurbishment or property upgrades

*

Experience managing trades and subcontractors

*

Strong understanding of Health & Safety

*

Confident dealing with residents, contractors and internal teams

*

Able to manage multiple works and priorities effectively

*

SMSTS/SSSTS and relevant site qualifications preferred
