Skilled Forklift Driver

We are looking for a skilled and safety -conscious Forklift Driver to join our team. You will be responsible for operating plant machinery to move materials safely and efficiently around the construction site while supporting the project team and maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.

Duties

• Operate forklift machinery safely and efficiently to transport materials across the site.
  
• Check that all loads are secure before moving them.
  
• Carry out manual handling duties where required.
  
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance inspections to ensure machinery is safe and operating efficiently.
  
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and site procedures while operating machinery.
  
• Secure plant and equipment safely at the end of each shift.
  
• Work closely with the Willmott Dixon project team to coordinate lifting and material movements.
  
• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of the site team.
  
• Demonstrate a good understanding of the English language.
