Pybus Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established automotive employer for an experienced SMART Repair Technician to join their busy Bodyshop team in Dagenham.

The Role

As a SMART Repair Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality cosmetic vehicle repairs, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

SMART repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models
Localised paint and bumper repairs
Minor bodywork and filling repairs
Vehicle preparation and refinishing
Alloy wheel refurbishment
Windscreen chip repairs
Colour matching and paint blending
Maintaining excellent quality standards and customer satisfaction
Adhering to all health and safety procedures

Requirements

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

Previous experience as a SMART Repair Technician, Paint Technician, Cosmetic Repair Technician, or similar role
Strong paint and refinishing skills
Good attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A positive attitude and customer-focused approach
Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
