Our well established client is seeking an experienced and ambitious Wills & Probate Lawyer to join within our thriving Private Client department. We are a well-established law firm with a strong reputation for excellence in client care and results. Our Wills & Probate department is one of the firm’s core strengths, supporting a wide range of private clients – from high-net-worth individuals to families with complex estate planning needs.

The Role

·        Manage and grow a sophisticated caseload including Wills, LPAs, Probate, and Court of Protection matters.

·        Drive client relationship management and business development, helping to expand the department’s profile across London and the South.

·        Contribute to the strategic direction of the firm as part of the senior leadership team.

About You

The ideal candidate will bring:

·        Significant experience in Wills & Probate / Private Client law, ideally with at least 2+ years PQE

·        A strong track record in building long-term client relationships, including with HNW clients and complex estates.

·        Commercial awareness and a proven ability to contribute to business development and firm growth.

·        Experience with LEAP case management software (desirable, but not essential).
