Special Needs Teaching Assistant

A specialist SEN school in London is seeking a committed and compassionate Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. This role involves working closely with pupils who have a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties, providing both 1:1 and small‑group support to help them access learning and develop essential life skills. You'll assist with classroom routines, behaviour regulation, communication development, and personalised learning activities, while collaborating with teachers and therapists to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment.
