The Setting

A specialist paediatric therapy centre in the heart of London, delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions to children and young people aged 6 months to 25 years with speech, language, communication, feeding, and swallowing difficulties. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments using standardised tools, clinical observation, and parent and educator input
  • Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based therapy plans with clearly defined, measurable goals, set in collaboration with families and caregivers
  • Deliver therapy sessions in individual and group settings using age-appropriate, play-based, and structured approaches
  • Produce clear, high-quality reports for EHCP, tribunal, and clinical purposes
  • Communicate therapy plans and progress regularly to parents, caregivers, and education professionals
  • Conduct online therapy sessions for clients unable to attend in person
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Educators, and Administrative Staff
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in line with HCPC standards
  • Adhere to safeguarding, confidentiality, and data protection standards at all times

What We're Looking For

  • A recognised qualification in Speech and Language Therapy (BSc or MSc), current HCPC registration, and RCSLT membership
  • Previous experience working as an SLT with children in a clinical, school, or therapeutic setting — newly qualified therapists with a strong paediatric placement history are encouraged to apply
  • Knowledge of child development and evidence-based paediatric interventions across speech, language, and communication needs
  • Experience or interest in dysphagia, AAC, autism spectrum disorder, or working with children from diverse linguistic backgrounds is desirable
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship may be available)

Training and Development

  • Comprehensive onboarding programme
  • Ongoing clinical supervision from your Senior Speech and Language Therapist
  • Exposure to Ayres Sensory Integration principles and how they intersect with communication and feeding profiles
  • Peer reflection and multidisciplinary learning opportunities
  • CPD funding and support for specialist training, including dysphagia and AAC

  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Access to a 24/7 General Practitioner, available for you, your partner, and children
