We’re looking for a Supplies Co-ordinator to support the smooth delivery of services, ensuring clients have the supplies they need, exactly when they need them. In this vital role, you’ll help keep healthcare services running efficiently by coordinating orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving supply issues. By reducing downtime and ensuring customers receive a reliable service, you’ll contribute to a robust operation that ultimately supports exceptional patient care.
What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinate supplies for the business Act as the first point of contact for all supply-related queries via phone and email Process client orders using online ordering systems Use internal ticketing systems to assign, coordinate and complete jobs Track deliveries from internal distribution drivers and third-party courier companies, including international shipments Expedite urgent orders and work with warehouse teams to ensure supplies are delivered in full and on time Support the warehouse team with returns and investigate and resolve supply-related complaints Maintain and update supply management systems to ensure accurate client billing Work closely with Sales & Service teams, Contract Managers and Account Managers to resolve customer issues Liaise with regional laboratories, suppliers and colleagues across the wider business Escalate serious issues or complaints to management when required Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders Contribute to continuous service improvement through effective communication and problem-solving What We’re Looking For
Experience in a supplies, logistics, customer service or coordination role Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator with strong written and verbal English skills Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and responding to urgent requests Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to customer service A team player who can build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders Competent with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems Professional, reliable and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience This is your chance to be part of a service that directly supports clinical teams and improves patient experience.
