Fuse Energy is a forward-thinking renewable energy startup on a mission to deliver a terawatt of renewable energy, fast. We're combining first-principles thinking with cutting-edge technology to build a radically better energy system. We've raised more than $210M from top-tier investors including Multicoin, Balderton, Lakestar, Accel, Creandum, Lowercarbon, Ribbit, Box Group and strategic angels like Nico Rosberg, the co-founder of Solana and GPs behind Meta, Revolut, Spotify and Uber. We're building a fully integrated energy company: from developing solar, wind and battery projects to real-time power trading and distributed energy installations. By selling directly to consumers, we cut out the middleman, lower costs and pass savings on to customers.
Fuse designs its own residential energy hardware (chargers, batteries, panels and more) which is manufactured by partners around the world. As Procurement Manager for Hardware Manufacturing, you'll own that supply chain end to end: turning our designs into manufactured product at the right cost, quality and volume by selecting and managing the contract manufacturers who build it.

Securing supply and building resilience across lead times, capacity, dual-sourcing, logistics and inventory, in partnership with Operations.
Working with engineering on manufacturing standards, certifications and acceptance criteria so quality and compliance are built in at source.
Negotiating and managing manufacturing agreements, including tooling ownership, IP protection, payment and warranty terms.
Partnering closely with the Hardware/Product and engineering teams through design-for-manufacture and into production ramp.

Procurement, supply-chain or sourcing experience in hardware, electronics or manufactured physical products.
Strong grasp of BOM cost, tooling and NRE, landed cost and the commercial mechanics of contract manufacturing.
Comfortable working alongside product and engineering through DFM and production ramp.
