What We're Looking For

We're interested in hearing from people who have:

* Experience working with children or young people

* Experience in a school, nursery, SEND or education setting

* A caring, patient and supportive approach

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* The ability to work effectively as part of a school team

* A reliable, professional and adaptable attitude

* A genuine passion for helping children and young people succeed

Experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, SEND TA, 1:1 TA, HLTA, Behaviour Mentor, Youth Worker, Tutor, Nursery Practitioner or Education Support Worker is highly desirable.

We also welcome applications from graduates and candidates looking to start or develop a career within education.
