They’re now looking for an ambitious 1st Line Technical Support Engineer who wants to build their technical skills and progress quickly within IT. This is far more than a basic helpdesk role. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to Networking, Cloud, Connectivity and VoIP technologies , troubleshooting real technical issues while working alongside experienced engineers. The biggest attraction is the progression opportunity . The business is looking for people who want to develop beyond 1st Line, with the opportunity to take on increasingly complex technical work and progress into 2nd Line, Networking, Infrastructure and more senior technical positions . If you’re technically curious, ambitious and don’t want to be stuck resetting passwords for the next three years , this is an excellent environment to accelerate your IT career.
