We are seeking 2x experienced Traffic Marshalls/Banksmen for our client’s ongoing project in the Oxford area.

Job Title: Traffic Marshall/Banksman
Location: Oxford OX1
Pay Rate: £17 per hour
Hours: 7:30–17:00, Monday–Friday
Duration: Ongoing
Start Date: Tuesday, 01/09/2026

Requirements:

Valid CSCS card
Valid Traffic Marshall Ticket
Previous experience as a Traffic Marshall/Banksman
Good communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Duties include:

Manning exclusion zones
Banking vehicles safely into and out of the site
Assisting with site traffic management
Ensuring vehicles and pedestrians are kept safe within the site
