We're recruiting for a Training, Compliance & Safety Officer to join a well established food production business in Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a health & safety professional who enjoys a varied role, combining compliance, training delivery, auditing and continuous improvement within a fast-paced operational environment. You'll play a key role in maintaining site standards, driving a positive safety culture and ensuring employees are trained, competent and compliant with company and industry requirements. Working hours: Monday: 06:00 – 15:30 Tuesday: 06:00 – 15:30 Wednesday: 06:00 – 10:00 Friday: 06:00 – 15:30 Saturday: 06:00 – 15:30 The Role As Training, Compliance & Safety Officer, you will be responsible for: · Conducting and reviewing risk assessments and safe systems of work · Supporting health & safety compliance across the site · Delivering training, inductions and toolbox talks · Carrying out audits, inspections and compliance reporting · Assisting with incident investigations and corrective actions · Monitoring training records and competency assessments · Supporting hygiene, welfare and operational standards · Working closely with site management to drive continuous improvement What We're Looking For · IOSH qualification (essential) · Experience delivering training within a workplace environment · Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and best practice · Confident communicator with the ability to engage employees at all levels · Experience conducting audits, inspections or compliance checks · Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities Desirable: · NEBOSH qualification · Internal auditing experience · Experience within agriculture, food production, manufacturing or a similar operational environment What's On Offer? · Salary up to £36,000 depending on experience · Additional Saturday allowance of £ 2,204 per annum · 3 1 days holiday · Enhanced pension contribution · Life assurance · Employee discounts and lifestyle benefits · Free on-site parking · Wellbeing support initiatives · Stable business with long-term career opportunities If you're a passionate health & safety professional who enjoys training, compliance and developing people, we'd love to hear from you.
