Vending Field Service Engineer

I am reaching out to share an exciting opportunity with our client who is currently seeking a skilled Mobile Vending Field Service Engineer. The role involves installing, servicing, and repairing a variety of vending and coffee machines in London, Hertfordshire, East London, and occasionally in the Cambridge area.

Job Duties

Field service engineers will be responsible for maintenance and repair of coffee and vending machines. 

Conducting on-site diagnosis and resolution of electrical and mechanical faults.

Providing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) services to enhance performance and longevity of the machines.

Delivering excellent customer service at all locations we operate.

Assisting with the accurate completion of service reports and documentation.

Conducting routine checks, cleanings, and part replacements to prevent machine breakdowns and ensure hygiene standards are consistently met.

Stocking and replenishing machines with products, while maintaining an accurate inventory of spare parts in the service vehicle.

Job Requirements

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

Full UK driving licence (essential)

Excellent customer service skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently

Previous experience as a Vending Engineer, Field Service Engineer, or similar is required. 

Job Location

The field service engineer will be working Mobile around London, Essex, Hertfordshire and Cambridge. 

Job Offer

Permanent Role 

Salary £32k - £35k 

40 hours 8 - 4 but can be flexible.

Van Provided 

Possible very occasional weekends. (Very rare)
