Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday As the Commercial Manager you will ensure that contract value is delivered in line with business case expectations as well as supporting new business commercial modelling requirements. In-life commercial management - Ensuring customer contracts are in line with expectations, contractual obligations are met and negotiating directly with customers as and when required. Commercial modelling - business case and pricing to ensure profitability of new contracts and any applicable contract variations. Also ensure relevant deal commercial governance is adhered to. Drafting of schedules contained in contracts and variations, in collaboration with legal and account team. Preparation, provision and presentation of regular customer facing reports. Total project forecasting in collaboration with finance colleagues, to ensure project cost control vs business case expectations. Collaboration with billing team to ensure invoices are issued correctly and in line with client expectations. Significant experience in managing in-life Commercial contracts - Essential Experience with managing DEFCONs, CDRLs & JSPs from a contractual perspective.- Essential MOD/Defence sector experience- Essential Strong numerical and analytical skills - Essential Strong stakeholder management skills (Customer and internal) - Essential CIPS or WCC accreditation - Desirable
