Warehouse Team Leader – Evening Shift – Measham (DE12 Postcode area)  - Wolseley

 As a Warehouse Team Leader based in Measham you’ll be responsible for:  

• leading and motivate a team of warehouse operatives to deliver a great service to our customers, and to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators set

• promoting a can-do attitude to the team

• coaching and carryout on the job training for warehouse operatives and measure team performance

• leading all aspects of people management relating to your team e.g. holiday approvals, absence management, performance management, quarterly reviews, training completion etc

• ensuring the team comply with health, safety and environmental procedures and standards at all times and to promote the 6S ethos

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 19:00 and 03:00

• Previous Team Leader/Supervisory experience within a high service focussed warehouse environment

• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail

• Strong computer/tablet skills

• Experience of handling disciplinary processes and procedures
