This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who has come from a strong development background but is now looking to combine technical expertise with team leadership, strategy and stakeholder management. The role Lead, mentor and develop a team of around 3–5 developers Own and drive the Drupal / CMS web platform Provide technical direction and strategic leadership Manage external consultants and third-party suppliers Stay hands-on with development when required Work closely with internal and external stakeholders Drive continuous improvement across the website and development function About you Strong development background with proven Drupal / CMS experience Experience leading or managing a development team Comfortable balancing hands-on technical work with leadership and strategy Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills Able to provide technical direction while remaining pragmatic and delivery-focused A great opportunity for a Senior Developer or current Technical Lead or Development Manager looking to step into a broader platform leadership role with a well-established organisation.
