Hospitality Degree Apprentice - JW Marriott Grosvenor House London

An exciting opportunity to complete a fully funded Degree Apprenticeship over three years with JW Marriott Grosvenor House London, in partnership with the University of Gloucestershire.

During the programme, you will work towards a fully funded BA (Hons) in Applied Hospitality Management and a Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship, while gaining invaluable hands-on experience within one of the world’s most recognised luxury hospitality brands.

This unique opportunity combines academic study with practical operational experience, enabling you to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for a successful management career in hospitality.

You will be supported by experienced professionals committed to helping you build confidence, leadership capability, and industry expertise.

During the first two years of the programme, you will rotate through key operational departments including Concierge, Housekeeping, Telecommunications, Reception, Restaurant, In Room Dining, Lounge & Bar and Conference & Banqueting gaining a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations. In the final year, you will choose a specialist area and continue developing your expertise, while building the supervisory and managerial skills needed for a future leadership role.
