The role

We have an exciting opportunity to join the team where you will be working closely with the Engagement team under the team’s management and recruiting apprentices for our company partners. We want you to grow into a long-term successful part the business, a business which values its team and works in a unique way and is looking for you to grow, as it expands.

• Support new and existing client to hire apprentices


• Candidate registrations, attraction and education


• Assisting with the marketing and administration of roles


• Providing a 360-degree consultative service including business development


• Working closely with the Engagement team members and accounts managers


• Updating CRM systems, mailing candidates/clients and reporting


• Becoming an integral part of the development of the business with career flexibility

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 4/C in GCSE English and Maths

• A great attitude


• Ability to talk to people from different backgrounds and positions


• A good knowledge of ICT


• Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build a rapport and build relationships with customers


• Excellent interpersonal and organisation skills


• To be self-motivated and enthusiastic in your approach


• To have attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Working

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday approx. 9:00am to 5:00pm - 35 hours per week although we work a flexible hour’s structure with home working.

Office location is Hethersett, Norfolk with on-site parking.

• A possible full-time permanent role within Swarm Training or Swarm Recruitment in future after the apprenticeship timeframe.

The course

Training will be with us, Swarm Training, a national provider of apprenticeships throughout the UK. The successful candidate will work towards the Level 3 Recruiter apprenticeship; this apprenticeship will take between 12 - 18 months to complete with assessments.

The apprentice is required to complete a minimum of 6 hours per week during working hours, working towards achieving the qualification. A tutor will conduct training sessions once a month, where the apprentice will be allocated tasks to be completed during working hours.
