As Business Coach, you’ll:
Reporting to the Centre Director you will deliver high-quality, tailored business support and coaching to local SMEs, helping them innovate, grow, and overcome challenges
Build strong relationships with business owners, local networks, and stakeholders
Coordinate workshops, peer learning sessions, and business events to foster community and knowledge-sharing
Support business development, account management, and strategic partnerships
Track and report on impact, customer progress, and contribute to ongoing improvement
Act as a trusted advisor, sharing your real-world experience to guide and inspire others

What We’re Looking For
Experience supporting SMEs as a business coach, consultant, or advisor
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Understanding of economic development and the needs of growing businesses
Experience in account management, partnerships, or community development
Proactive, collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for helping businesses succeed
Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate events/activities
