Store Associate

As Sales Associate, you’ll collaborate with store management to help our retail team meet and exceed its sales targets. You’ll become a shining example of how to build and maintain customer relationships while maintaining the highest brand standards in selling, product presentation and merchandising.  You’ll ensure that everyday tasks are completed diligently.

You’ll help deliver a memorable retail experience by following all operational procedures in the store and the stock room. You’re passionate about providing the highest level of customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect. Developing a thorough knowledge of products in store will be a core responsibility and maintaining merchandising standards of our brand guidelines is of vital importance.

How you’ll help us.  

Based at our Portsmouth store and reporting to the Store Supervisor, you will:  

• Provide the highest level of customer service.


• Develop an in-depth knowledge of products in store.


• Follow all store operational procedures in the store and the stock room.
