Operational & Fiscal Management- Oversee clinic operations, ensuring efficient day-to-day management.- Monitor clinic financial performance, including budget adherence and profitability.4. Community Engagement- Represent the clinic in the community, building strong relationships with local healthcare providers and organizations.5.
