Position OverviewBond Sports is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Director of Finance to work directly with company leadership. This multifaceted role combines strategic financial leadership with operational responsibilities, requiring a dynamic leader who can seamlessly transition between detailed financial analysis and executive-level strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing our financial operations, optimizing business processes, and serving as a key strategic partner to the executive team in driving our rapid growth.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Leadership & StrategyFinancial Planning & Analysis: Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, monthly financial reporting, and cash flow management processesSaaS Metrics & Unit Economics: Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards tracking key SaaS metrics including ARR, LTV/CAC, churn rates, gross/net revenue retention, and customer acquisition economicsRevenue Recognition & Compliance: Oversee complex revenue recognition processes, deferred revenue schedules, and ensure GAAP compliance across all financial reportingMulti-Entity Accounting: Manage intercompany transactions between U.S. and Israeli entities, including cross-border tax implications and currency considerationsInvestment Analysis: Evaluate M&A opportunities, partnerships, and capital allocation decisions through detailed financial modeling and due diligenceBoard & Investor Relations: Prepare board materials, monthly unaudited financials, quarterly GAAP-compliant statements, and support fundraising activitiesStrategy and OperationsStrategic Planning: Lead quarterly planning cycles, OKR development, strategic initiative tracking, and cross-functional project managementExecutive Support: Serve as thought partner to CEO on resource allocation, act as proxy in meetings, draft executive communications, and manage strategic prioritiesProcess Optimization: Identify and implement operational improvements across the organization, with emphasis on workflow automation and efficiency gainsCross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate communication between departments, ensure alignment on company priorities, and drive special projects as assignedAI-Driven Automation & InnovationFinancial Automation: Implement AI-powered tools for automated financial reporting, forecasting models, and real-time KPI monitoringData Analytics: Utilize analytics and AI-driven insights to enhance decision-making and drive operational efficiency
