The Sr. Program Manager will be responsible for the overall planning and execution of complex development programs from concept through production ramp-up. In addition, will work closely with the Head of Product Portfolio Management in the sizing of new product concepts. The position will report to the SVP, GM of our Headphone business. The ideal candidate is proactive, methodical and process-oriented while having considerable experience working within a distributed JDM product development model and have a high degree of product ownership. He / She will work with Product Management, Engineering, Quality, and Operations to ensure overall coordination and execution of project deliverables and schedules. This position involves regular communication with executive management on status, risks and product strategy. Excellent listening, writing skills and strong technical competency are essential.
