This is not a traditional “maintenance-only” HR role, but an opportunity for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and helping shape a growing organization from the ground up.This is a highly collaborative and primarily internal-facing role, and onsite presence is important as we continue building a strong team culture and workplace foundation.For the right candidate, this role also offers strong long-term growth potential into a more senior HR position as the company continues to scale.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle activitiesDevelop and improve HR foundations and processes, including SOPs, policies, handbooks, internal procedures, and workflow optimization initiativesImplement, oversee, and continuously improve HR policies and programs aligned with organizational goalsMaintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and HR best practicesServe as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters and HR-related inquiriesHandle sensitive employee matters and confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and integritySupport leadership in fostering a positive, professional, and culture-driven workplace environmentCompensation & BenefitsSalary: Competitive base salary + performance-based bonuses.Insurance: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.Perks: Paid time off (PTO), company holidays, and professional development support.Why Join Us?At Complete Venture Group, you won’t just support HR operations — you’ll help shape them.
