We're not looking for someone to learn the ropes — we need a proven DSP dispatcher who already knows the ropes and can hit the ground running as one of our operations supervisors. Looking for process oriented, solutions minded dispatchers with a track record of F+ Achievement. If you've run morning or closing dispatch, managed rostering, monitored Cortex, coached DAs on safety events, and coordinated rescues — we want to talk to you!
