MEDvidi's technology automates charting, follow-ups, and treatment planning, freeing providers to focus on patient care while improving efficiency and clinical quality.We're looking for a People Operations Specialist to take full ownership of the provider (clinician) lifecycle: preboarding, onboarding, document coordination, and offboarding. You'll join the Business Operations team, working hand-in-hand with our Senior HR Ops Specialist on shared workflows, with close collaboration across Finance, Legal, and Clinical Operations.Why this roleReal ownership from day one: you own the full provider lifecycle (preboarding → onboarding → offboarding) and your work directly determines whether providers have a smooth start and a clean exit.Direct line to business impact: onboarding speed and quality directly affect how fast providers begin seeing patients and generating revenue; the importance of this function is recognized at C-level.Shape the process, don't just run it: we're actively restructuring ownership of onboarding/offboarding, and we explicitly welcome spotting inefficiencies and building automation (Notion, Zapier) rather than following a fixed script.
