Who We AreNational Math Camps (NMC) is a nonprofit organization on a bold mission: to bring together extraordinary students and mathematicians for immersive, joyful, and transformational experiences in math and AI. Our programs prepare and inspire talented students to impact the frontiers of math and science, pushing the boundaries of innovation and knowledge.In summer 2025, we successfully piloted two residential camps in California and North Carolina, serving ~80 mathematically talented middle school students. Over the next five years, we aim to grow into a network of camps serving thousands of students annually, expanding to new sites, new age ranges, and specialized program tracks.The OpportunityThe Community & Enrollment Manager is a key connector between NMC and the families we serve. You will drive awareness of our programs, manage the admissions process, and ensure that families feel informed, welcomed, and excited at every stage of their journey with us.This role is ideal for someone who understands the world of gifted education, thrives on building relationships with families, schools, and partners, and is eager to contribute to a dynamic, growing organization. This is a hands-on role that combines relationship-building, process management, and creativity. ;In addition, this role serves as the functional lead for Camper Support Directors — members of each camp’s leadership team who manage parent communications and act as the on-site experts and escalation points for camper social and emotional support, including behavior concerns, homesickness, conflict resolution, and accommodations. ;It includes regular travel during the academic year and significant time spent at camp sites during the summer.
