Ward Home, Inc. is the premier provider of independent living service for displaced teenagers in southwestern PA. Founded in 1905 as a safe haven for children who had no place to call home, Ward Home has grown into a fully incorporated not-for-profit social service agency providing independent living skills to at-risk teens and young adults. Approximately 160 teens and young adults are helped through enhanced life-skill training programs every year. Our mission is to train at-risk young adults in safe, nurturing environments in order to live independently as effective contributing members of the community.
